 Constitution Day & Citizenship Day is on 9/17 so many schools will celebrate it on 9/16.

Technically, "Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year is required to hold an educational program about the U.S. Constitution for its students." - Commemorating Constitution Day and Citizenship Day - US Dept. of Education
